Ruby is a dedicated and experienced Accountant with a strong background in reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, working alongside your CPA to assist with tax returns, and providing exceptional client service. She has a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from University of Texas in San Antonio.

Ruby has previously served as an Accounting Manager responsible for projecting accounting, account management, and operation support. Ruby managed a portfolio of 35 separate business entities, providing comprehensive accounting services including accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchasing, payroll, and sales tax. Ruby is also a highly skilled Tax Auditor with experience in inspecting and analyzing taxpayer’s books and records. Possesses extensive knowledge of tax laws, rules, and legal aspects necessary for conducting audits.  Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy and a strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

As Ruby continues to expand her business, she remains committed to her core principles of integrity, excellence, and compassion.
